As the Area Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of multiple dining venues, including full-service dining, quick-service dining, bars, etc. You'll oversee team members, ensure top-notch quality control, and maximize revenue across establishments. You'll uphold our commitment to exceptional service standards. Additionally, you'll handle guest inquiries and feedback, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among our team members. Prepare to lead an exciting culinary journey as the driving force behind the daily operations of our dining venues! As a Area Restaurant manager, you will:Maintain updated SOPs covering service standards, cash handling, food preparation, safety, purchasing, inventory control, and audit policies. Train supervisors and staff to ensure consistent operational standards and ongoing skills development. Implement training programs and sales incentives to drive revenue, improve check averages, and increase profitability. Conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions in alignment with company guidelines. Oversee hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new employees according to company policies and health regulations. Prepare and manage staff schedules and weekly revenue forecasts within budgeted labor guidelines. Ensure efficient outlet operations, including inventory management, par stock maintenance, and beverage control compliance. Deliver excellent service to owners and guests, ensuring a consistently positive dining experience. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervise team members on-site, ensuring smooth operations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards. Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient workflow. Assist in appraising performance and rewarding team members for their contributions. Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds .-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
