Prepare customer shipments for the next day while respecting stock FIFO (first in, first out)Load trucks while respecting safety standards. Ensure quantitative and qualitative control of products and loading. Establish and edit the documents necessary for shipping and send Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN)Daily communication with Customers. Unload and decontaminate customer bins. Record stock movements in the application dedicated to stock management. Carry out end-of-chain audits. Administrative management (delivery note entries/driver reception, computer entry, customer portal, etc.)Ensure the unloading and control/reception (qualitative/quantitative) of raw materials and consumables. Ensure the arrangement/storage/provision of incoming products. Administrative reception (entry of delivery notes / driver reception, computer entry, etc.)Ensure the necessary controls on handling equipment for their safe use. Carry out safety checks upon start-up of fork lifts and other handling equipment. Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation. Comply with current policies and procedures. Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of proposals for improvement Respect the rules for respecting the product. Support and train others. Ensure quality standards are respected and open a QRQC in the event of a problem. What You Should Have. High school diploma / GED required. Experience using Google or Microsoft applications on the job required 3 years of experience with Shipping and/or Receiving. SAP or ERP experience preferred.
