Oversee inventory operations to ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting across the plant. Lead and develop Inventory Controllers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance support. Review daily inventory activity and resolve discrepancies, including investigating variances and driving corrective actions. Partner with Finance, Transportation, and Warehouse teams to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Monitor and manage purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice processing to ensure alignment with inventory and financial records. Collaborate with vendors and procurement teams to support warehouse operations and equipment needs. Support financial analysis and reporting, including identifying and addressing discrepancies and supporting period-end processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing best practices across warehouse and inventory operations. Participate in and lead cross-functional meetings, including inventory reviews, quality holds, and operational updates. Support root cause analysis efforts to identify and resolve operational and inventory issues. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum Requirements:3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment. Experience with inventory operations, financial reporting, and warehouse processes. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/financial systems. Preferred Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with vendor management and procurement processes. Familiarity with P&L analysis and financial controls within a manufacturing environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT - Combination of office and warehouse environment. Regular interaction with inventory systems, financial tools, and warehouse operations. Physical activity may include walking, lifting, and conducting inventory counts. Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise, temperature changes, and required PPE when on the plant floor. Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. WORK SCHEDULE - Primarily standard business hours with flexibility required to support audits, reporting cycles, and operational needs. Occasional travel may be required for inter-plant coordination or audits. Salary Range: $101,840 – 127,300
