Develops and executes strategic recruitment plans through the implementation of creative recruitment and sourcing strategies for full cycle recruitment. Evaluates candidate pool through screening processes to determine highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill open roles. Targets and selects prospective employees and manages a pipeline of potential candidates. Collaborates and consults with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure synergies exist to hire the right talent based on business needs. Works in close collaboration with Armor Leadership, Regional Vice Presidents and hiring managers to identify needs and suitable talent. Creates positive candidate relationships highlighting Armor’s core values, ethics, and best practices throughout the hiring and initial period of employment process. Qualifications. Vast knowledge of the healthcare industry particularly as it relates to healthcare professionals. Results driven, seeks accountability and works with a sense of urgency; must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines as well as prioritize and adjust to business needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with internal colleagues and external candidates. In depth sourcing experience using various and creative methods is a must. Ability to travel as business needs dictate. Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree required. At least 5 years recruitment experience for healthcare professionals, preferably in the correctional healthcare space and/or high growth, fast paced organization. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential strongly preferred.
