The Lube Technician, will be responsible for performing quick service and routine maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition. Duties and Responsibilities. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs for customer vehicles. Conduct tire inspections, including patching tires and checking air pressure. Inspect and replace air and cabin filters as needed. Ensure vehicle fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, etc.) are at proper levels. Perform quick inspections of belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to dealership and industry standards. Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Qualifications. Required:Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred:1 years of Automotive Service Technician experience (or Tire/ Oil Change). ASE Certification and/or trade school certification. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Subaru (or multi) brand experience. Strong work ethic and thrive in fast paced environment. Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates.
