The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), Office of Career & Technical Education and Student Transition (OCTE), Warren County Area Technology Center in Bowling Green, KY has an opening for a Law and Public Safety Instructor for the 2026-27 school year. This position is advertised as part of KRS Chapter 156 OCTE for employment through the Office of Career and Technical Education. It is not subject to the provisions of KRS 18 A for classified or unclassified service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaches occupational preparatory classes within a career and technical education program. Performs other duties as required. In accordance with KRS 161.220the applicant selected for this position will become a member of the Teachers' Retirement System. Applicants and employees in this classification may be required to submit to a drug screening test and background check. Salary dependent on qualifications, training, and experience.
