Walker, MI 49534 Supporting Business Operations through Data Analysis and Process Management Position Overview The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s business operations by leveraging data-driven insights, managing workloads, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Database Data Pulls: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities. - Workload Management: Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables. - Financial and Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance and key business metrics. Prepare regular dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Ongoing Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support for operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
