What You'll Do Load and unload inbound and outbound materials Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy Ensure proper placement and organization of products within the warehouse Assist will-call customers and support Inside Sales with order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform routine equipment and forklift safety inspections Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely Report any safety concerns, accidents, or near misses immediately Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of forklift or similar equipment experience (or ability to become certified) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Commitment to safety and following established procedures Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the workday) Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Frequent walking, bending, stooping, and climbing Ability to operate a forklift and get on/off throughout the shift Why Join Us At Commercial Pipe & Supply, now part of Harrington, we're building something bigger - bringing together strong teams, great people, and opportunities for growth across the One HIPCO platform.
