As a Porter, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive first and lasting impression for our guests. You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service. Guest Service: Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience. Vehicle Movement: Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required. Lot Organization: Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible. Cleanliness: Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom's high standards of presentation. Facility Maintenance: Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized. Support Team Members: Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed. What We're Looking For Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality. Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus. Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps. Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
