Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to the Front Office Supervisor and Clinical Manager Guide and motivate front office staff for optimal performance Ensure efficient patient flow through planning and teamwork Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with clinic, office, contract, and volunteer staff Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Support patients with access barriers related to income, language, or culture Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all relevant hospital regulations Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in patient access at an outpatient clinic or medical office Strong communication skills verbal and written Experience with registration, scheduling, cashiering, and basic coding Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, and cash payment policies Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred: Experience with e.
