We are Searching for - A CMMS Engineer, to support our clients with activities related to the use, operation, migration, or analysis of their Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). This is a on-site position with occasional travel up to 25% of the time. You will report directly to our CMMS Service Lead. This is a project-centered role. In your first project, you will work onsite in Harrisburg or Lancaster, PA and be responsible for- building and managing SAP CMMS data and structures to ensure accurate and compliant CMMS supporting site startup and operations. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Project/ Migration. Perform field walkdowns to validate equipment and instrumentation data. Carry out all technical data reviews and data entries in the system. Translate and cleanse raw data in preparation for Data Migration. Assist in the preparation of client project status reports and immediately communicate project deviations or delays to the Project Manager. Meet regularly with all stakeholders to discuss progress, communicate changes, and support the entire change effort. Create asset master data and functional location hierarchies in CMMS. Support calibration data setup and maintenance planning. Manage asset tagging and labeling activities. Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness. Collaborate with reliability teams to align system build with maintenance strategy. Assist with other continuous improvement and optimization projects, as required. BI/ Optimization. Extract and analyze data using business intelligence tools to aid business decisions. CMMS Support. Provide support to end-users in navigating and utilizing the CMMS. Input and maintain asset and equipment data in the CMMS. Track client requests and assist with metric and key performance indicators (KPI) reporting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Preferred: Associate degree in a STEM field, or trade certification in instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field . -3 years' experience in CMMS-related work (front end). Life Science experience preferred but not required. Experience with either SAP or Hexagon. Proficient in MS Office platforms, particularly MS Excel. BI Tool knowledge a distinct advantage. Familiarity with data management processes (paper-based / digital change control processes). Ability to perform field verification / data collection for assets to be added to / changed on the CMMS. Ability to complete projects on time that meet our quality standards. Ability to quickly understand new software platforms. Ability to build data for CMMS systems to the highest level of quality (averaging zero errors consistently). Able to travel up to 25% of the time. If this sounds like you, apply today!
