Georgetown is seeking a Contract Manager to review supplier contracts and guide GU stakeholders through the contracts process with the goal of minimizing risk and liability in accordance with University policy and audit requirements. Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation. The Contract Manager will report to the Senior Contract Officer and liaise directly with contract initiators based on their assigned campus units. The Contract Manager will also work with other members of the Procure-to-Pay division on reviewing contracts, payments, and related policies and processes/systems, conducting audits, and developing/delivering training material. This position has been designated as Hybrid 2 Days. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University. Such review may necessitate a change to a position’s mode of work designation. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university 3 years of experience in contract review, business operations, or a related area. Ability to get to the root cause of problems quickly and find ways to resolve them either individually, within a team, and/or across disciplines. Then taking these findings and making sustainable change/improvements. Familiarity with procurement concepts, practices, and procedures, especially in the area of contracts. Ability to work under multiple deadlines across varying stakeholder teams and interests. Proficiency in standard Google Suite, Microsoft Office products, virtual collaboration platforms and ERP systems (i.e. Zoom, Workday, Cognos, etc.)Strong foundation to be self-motivated to work independently. High attention to detail. Presentation and communication skills to present data and build relationships across various stakeholder groups. This role is designated as hybrid 2-days, the in-person time is desired for spending time with clients and working face to face on trainings, contract review, resolving issues, and other duties as applicable. Preferred Qualifications. Master’s Degree. Data Analytics including Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, etc. Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:$54,616.00 - $100,493.33 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
