This position is responsible for achieving the company’s Collision & Mechanical parts revenue and profit objectives. Manage collision vendors and interface with pricing, planning, field staff and regions to promote collision competitive sales strategy. Grow new channels for collision sales and B 2 B sales opportunities with our strategic partners. Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on wholesale program performance, profit, trends in accordance with wholesale programs across the industry. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Execute Collision & Mechanical sales plans with regions, departments, and business units to support regional goals Partner with Pricing and Planning to achieve parts revenue and profit targets Collaborate with Training to deliver dealer training and best-practice programs Coordinate with MOBIS, regions, and dealers to meet monthly sales objectives Support Sr. Manager, Collision Sales in strategy development and execution Lead dealer and field engagement for wholesale programs, including enrollment, training, and estimate conversion Travel with field teams to deliver on-the-job training improving sales and profitability Track sales by major metro markets and grow wholesale dealers in opportunity areas Build relationships with MS - Os and insurance carriers to create profitable collision programs Represent Hyundai at industry conferences and share insights to enhance initiatives Evaluate proposals, identify new sales channels, and balance profit with customer needs Define and document wholesale processes, staffing models, delivery routes, and outside sales strategies Support alternate drop-ship locations to expand dealer warehouse capacity Develop promotions to drive wholesale sales, profitability, and dealer engagement Prepare reports, track KPIs, support budgets, manage vendors, and coach staff on development WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Must be a High School graduate. Bachelor's degree preferred. Master’s degree a plus. Eight or more years of relevant automotive experience with emphasis on OEM Collision & Mechanical Sales. Three or more years of automotive field experience calling on retail dealerships. Three or more years of experience with cross-functional program management. Three or more years of experience performing complex analysis with responsibility to apply results to strategic and tactical action. Collision and mechanical parts sales business acumen. Must have broad knowledge of all Parts related systems (OE, Dealership, and Aftermarket) and business processes. Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint. Proven ability to drive parts sales, with an emphasis on collision. Thorough knowledge of dealership financial statement and understanding of fixed operations KPIs. Communication skills to prepare deliver formal presentations to executive management, regions, and dealers. Must possess the ability to perform complex analysis and apply results to strategic and tactical action. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent time management skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
