\n. As our Pressman, you will:\n\n. Ability to accurately operate 8 Color Double Coater HUV Komori Sheet -fed press with aqueous or UV coating unit or units with precision and skill\n. A good understanding of E. C\/ U. V. curing systems and how to maintain them\n. Knowledgeable of modern Color Control Systems (CCS). \n. Be able to interpret, trapping, gray balance and dot gain data for use in running and maintain in Solid Ink Density (SID) \n. Run the job per job ticket specifications and customer's requirements\n. Seeks assistance when needed to clarify unclear tasks and responsibilities\n. Assists in production of each job to measure to highest quality standards\n. Maintains safe, clean, work environment\n. Adheres to the company and department's standard operating procedures and policies\n. Assist with other tasks as assigned\n. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards\n\n. About You:\n. You're a fit for the role of Pressman, if your background includes:\n\n. Interpersonal skills, self-initiative to work independently and in a team environment\n. Strong quality control skills\n. Minimum of five years' experience in the printing industry \/ pressroom is necessary\n. Tenacious attention to detail with advanced organizational skills\n. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing demands and competing priorities\n. Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs., constant use of hands and arms, ability to stand on feet all day long and frequent walking, kneeling and reaching\n.
