Schedule:Part-time within operating hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Work Environment:Findlay, OH - Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional interaction in the shop area as needed. Fast paced Service Center supporting emergency vehicles. Key Job Duties:Oversee administrative functions including answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and processing credit card payments. Update and complete required reports including Salesforce, CDL tracking, company credit card reconciliation, and reimbursement submissions. Process payroll for the assigned location by correcting errors associated with CDK technician time reports. Create repair orders with appropriate task lines of repair. Create parts quotes and estimates for needed repairs. Identify and research requested parts and create purchase orders to obtain required components. Receive stock, pick, ship, and return items while overseeing the Service Center’s overall inventory. Process all parts invoices and credits within CDK and forward pre-invoiced items weekly to Accounting for payment. Perform cycle counts of inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures. Pre-invoice internal and external customer work orders within CDK to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe parts room Requirements What we’re looking for:Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role, preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
