Splice and test single-mode and ribbon fiber for ISP and OSP installations. Work with high-count OSP fiber and color codes. Perform break fixes, troubleshooting, and validate splice records and documentation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings. Furcate and manage large strand count fiber (3,456-6,912)Operate and interpret results from OTDR and OLTS testing equipment. Follow all safety protocols, site standards, and project timelines Requirements:Hands-on fiber splicing experience (1 year in a dedicated splicing role) required. Background in structured cabling, installation, termination, and splicing. Familiarity with EXFO OTDR and OLTS testing tools. OSHA 10 certification. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed.
