Management of Business Office personnel in performing the accounting functions for the Southern Regional Business Office. Assign, review, approve work, and provide training and guidance on work methods and procedures. Analyze financial and budget information for the facilities’ management teams and participate in actions and decisions to resolve financial and budgetary concerns. Provide a variety of financial reports to determine current and long-term financial trends and participate in making decisions affecting the facilities’ current and future goals and financial operations. Experience Three years of professional experience providing a systematic review, analysis, interpretation, and/or evaluation of budgets, mortgages, loans, or other financial data equivalent to a Financial Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Financial Analyst P 11.
