Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will support access awareness, respond to site needs, and contribute to a caring, reliable team culture built on agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns, suspicious activity, and/or environmental issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with location policies and procedures. Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, maintaining logs, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
