ABOUT YOU - As a Lead Software Engineer, you will...- Design and develop novel discovery architecture systems - Development end-to-end solutions addressing complex technical and business challenges- Architect systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and efficiency- Conduct advanced research and prototype innovative Personalization and Search approaches- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with strategic objectives- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance. Basic Qualifications- 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science- 5 years of programming with at least one software programming language experience- 5 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience- 5 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team- Experience with Agentic workflows. Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
