We’re Looking for the Best—Here’s What That Means: 4 years of multi-family property management experience with at least 1 year managing multiple sites (REQUIRED) Proven success managing multiple sites or a portfolio Strong financial expertise—you understand budgets, NOI, and performance drivers Advanced knowledge of Fair Housing and property management compliance Experience with Yardi or similar platforms A track record of turning around underperforming assets Exceptional leadership presence—you can walk into any team and gain respect quickly Highly organized, decisive, and able to balance urgency with attention to detail Willing and able to travel extensively (up to 75%), including extended stays ??
