Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and maintain positive working relationships. Commercial Roofing Foreman Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing. Extensive knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on the job site. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
