Additionally, therapists have the primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning, and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment. As the PHP/ IOP Therapist, this individual will have oversight of all social work functions for acute patients. This would include Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Active Treatment, and Discharge Planning. Requires a full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint of patients. Ability to perform CPR and first aid. Ability to work rotating schedules.
