Greets and assists all members, vendors, and visitors to the credit union in a polite and professional manner. Communicates with departments to advise of members, vendors, and visitors. Oversees the mailroom, ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is delivered/picked up on a daily basis. Tracks, sorts, and distributes all incoming packages/mail ensuring they get to the appropriate department and/or employee each day. Process all incoming mail in relation to member accounts, such as deposits and loan payments, each day with accuracy and efficiency. Follows all security procedures and policies to ensure the front desk and its surrounding area remains secure and in compliance at all times. Performs ad hoc operational and administrative support activities as needed, including research, project assistance, system access coordination, and ticket/request submission. Keeps management informed of activities and significant concerns and makes recommendations for improvements. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Education: A high school education or GED. Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information. Other Skills: 1. Possess interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members and employees in person, via electronic sources, and by telephone. 2. Ability to operate office equipment such as a PC with speed and accuracy. 3. Experience with Microsoft 365 Product Suite to include Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
