This role solves the challenge of maintaining cross-channel consistency and high-speed publishing across desktop and mobile platforms within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. By bridging the gap between creative design and technical implementation, the Content Author ensures that customer-facing applications and eCommerce sites deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience. What Success Looks Like (Objectives)Deliver high-quality web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) that align with brand-specific wireframes and design standards. Achieve departmental OK - Rs related to speed-to-market by streamlining the publishing process for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. Optimize the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) to ensure creative assets and copy are organized for maximum reuse and efficiency. Maintain a 100% quality standard through rigorous testing of page components and responsive layouts before deployment. Integrate generative AI tools to assist in drafting SEO-friendly metadata and optimizing creative asset tagging for faster searchability. Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects a unified tone of voice and technical excellence. Skills, Experience and Requirements. Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)Proficiency in authoring and managing content within an enterprise-level Adobe CMS. Expertise in translating complex UI/ UX wireframes into functional, responsive web components. AI Literacy, specifically the ability to use AI assistants for content troubleshooting and workflow automation. Strategic problem-solving abilities to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Effective communication skills to facilitate alignment between copywriters, designers, and marketing stakeholders. Critical experience in the wireless or digital marketing sector managing large-scale customer portals. Minimum Requirements. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in digital content management or web operations. Required Technical Skills: - 2 years of hands-on experience as an AEM content admin or author. Proven experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Advanced knowledge of design/prototyping software for web layouts. Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges. Compensation: $63,150.00/ Year - $90,000.00/ Year Benefits.
