Tuition reimbursement On?the?job training. Senior Maintenance Technician Details:Direct Hire position$32.00 /hour. First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00 am to 04:30 pm)Job Details. Performs advanced building and grounds maintenance, plant equipment maintenance, and monthly preventative maintenance. Troubleshoots and resolves complex equipment issues quickly to return production to normal levels, minimizing downtime. Leads maintenance projects, major repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assists in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs and procedures. Conducts work in a safe manner which pays close attention to Health and Safety requirements. Senior Maintenance Technician Qualifications:Highschool Diploma or GED Preferred 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Advanced troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and industrial equipment systems Welding and fabrication skills. PLC knowledge Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Applicant may be subject to a background check.
