This team of individual contributors is responsible for establishing consistent strategies and practices that are executed in partnership with segment leadership. The Business Operations Managers in this team, partner closely with GM’s to ensure financial discipline and consistency across Global IT. Drive operational excellence and strategic impact at Intel as a Business Operations Manager. This dynamic role sits at the critical intersection of business strategy, operational health, and organizational success, where you'll optimize processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and empower cross-functional teams to achieve breakthrough results that directly support Intel's mission. Key Responsibilities. Strategic Operations Leadership. Oversee daily operational activities while serving as primary liaison between group management, peer operations teams, and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal)Lead health-of-business reviews with senior leadership to maintain strategic alignment between programs, technical solutions, and roadmaps within budget parameters. Collaborate with segment leadership on Planning of Record (POR) development and ensure high-quality financial reporting. Process Excellence & Optimization. Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities while enhancing productivity across sales, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process standardization for enhanced efficiency and scalability. Leverage internal and external research to solve complex operational challenges through data-driven solutions. People & Organizational Development. Provide strategic counsel to senior management on people-related issues and facilitate informed decision-making in compliance with corporate policies. Develop and implement recognition programs and employee engagement strategies to build a motivated, high-performing workforce. Manage hiring coordination with Centralized Hiring Team while monitoring requisition compliance with POR requirements. Analytics & Reporting. Deliver analytical insights and presentations to senior leaders and large audiences. Own deliverables and drive measurable outcomes as individual contributor or team leader. Utilize business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision making. Qualifications:The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Bachelor's degree in any discipline and 3 years of industry experience 3 years of experience in organizational communication, including developing and presenting analytical data to senior leadership 3 years of hands-on experience working with business data and analytics. Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)Preferred Qualifications. Experience with Intel product lines, business strategies, and supply chain processes. Experience with Intel's financial planning methodologies. Project management experience. IT and financial background are highly advantageous.
