We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as Bell Attendants. The ideal candidate uses an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. As part of offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Bell Attendant assists with unloading guest luggage and serves as a knowledgeable resource for the hotel, its amenities, and the local area while escorting guests to their rooms. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in each quest. Welcome and interact with all guests upon arrival. Open vehicle doors for arriving guests and provide a warm welcome. Escort guests to the front desk for check-in. Upon check-in, assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their room while explaining hotel amenities and highlights. Collaborate with team members to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and assist with guest arrivals and departures. Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized“Be the difference” by exceeding guest and team expectations and going beyond the norm. What are we looking for? At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Strong desire to make a positive impact on others. Must be able to stand and move between the valet lot and various areas of the hotel for the duration of the shift. Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation:$16.00 - $16.00
