Chapter Services Assistant Director. Department:Student Life | Sorority and Fraternity Program. The Assistant Director of Chapter Services is a member of the Sorority and Fraternity staff and reports to the Associate Director of Sorority and Fraternity Life, Chapter Services; responsible for managing the day-to-day processes for community-wide leadership development and educational programming; oversees community-wide prevention programming and harm reduction initiatives for over 60 chapters and 4 governing councils; contributes to the advancing university-wide hazing prevention initiatives; directly advises the Greek Programming Board and Order of Omega; provides supervision to student employees and graduate teaching associate; assists with student interns training and development; manages relationships and stewardship with stakeholders, alumni/alumnae and various university departments whose outreach efforts are vital to the success of the sorority and fraternity community. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. 6 years of relevant experience required. Desired: Advanced degree in relevant field. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Additional Information:The starting salary range for this is $47,200-$62,050. The salary offer for this position will be based on internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the selected candidate’s qualifications. Career Roadmap Designation: Function: Student Life.
