To administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of physical therapy, physician s referral, and physical therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities Evaluates all patients by identifying the patient s primary problems and develops a treatment plan. Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards. Provides supervision to PTA, PT/ PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers. Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred: Master s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred: 1-2 years of prior experience License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy Preferred: None Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
