Pay Range:$32.58 - $48.87 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Under the direction of the radiologist, provides MRI services to patient for diagnosis. Closely follows physician's instructions, appropriately positions patients, prepares and operates equipment, and accurately records the images requested. Position Specifics:Department: MRI Tech. Core Function: Imaging. Schedule: Part time; 6 am to 6 pm / no set schedule / on call every 4th weekend. Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital. Location: Effingham, IL - Compensation: Compensation that aligns with your experience. Education Qualifications. Associates degree in allied health, applied/radiologic science or certificate program is required. Experience Qualifications 1 year of Radiology Technology experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations. One of the following is required:Certification or registry eligible as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R. T.(R)) or a Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R. T.(MR)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Certification or registry eligible as a Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT). Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer. If certified through ARRT, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification/registry is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
