As the Order Entry Technician your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders. Handle incoming fax and telephone communication. Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care. Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc. Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently.
