Coordinate with laboratory staff to reinforce compliance expectations. Support training documentation and quality tracking activities. QA Specialist / Quality Management Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, public health, or related field 4 years of experience in QA, compliance, or regulated environments. Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and resolve problems without constant supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must pass the pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal. Preferred Qualifications. Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, clinical laboratory, or other regulated quality environments preferred. Experience supporting audit readiness, daily QA monitoring, and compliance documentation. Ability to interpret and apply ISO or similar quality requirements in an operational setting.
