The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the health and performance of our sales engine. You will own our CRM, performance reporting, and bridge the gap between the Sales team and other groups. This position is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional who seeks to join a growing company. This position will also provide the opportunity for independent initiative and judgment to improve systems, reporting & analytics, and reduce manual processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Strategy & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales reps, including pipeline velocity, win/loss and lead conversion ratios and forecast health. Customer & Order Analytics: Build custom reports for customer and order trend analysis to reduce churn and create a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to distribute to sales team and executive team. CRM Ownership: Serve as the primary champion and Subject Matter Expert for our CRM (SalesForce). Maintain data integrity, build custom reports, and automate workflows to reduce administrative "friction" for reps. Territory and Quota Planning: Assist Sales Leadership team in the planning of territories and quota assignments. Sales Enablement & Onboarding:Develop and refine training materials and best practice documentation to onboard new reps and improve the efficiency of the existing team. Project Management: Lead and implement strategic sales initiatives from planning to implementation and execution. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in developing documentation and procedures to improve ePac’s sales process and performance. Performs other duties as assigned. Utilize all available resources (other than only Google) to obtain answers to questions. JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Working knowledge of sales processes in a high growth environment. Ability to handle ambiguity and turn large datasets into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner. Proven ability to maintain a high level of quality. Good time management skills and able to shift priorities and take tasks to the finish line. Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player and able to multitask. Highly organized and detail oriented. Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering related fields 1-3 years experience in sales, consulting, engineering, or finance related fields. Experience with large datasets. CRM experience required and SalesForce experience strongly preferred. Experience with SQL, Tableau or Power. BI preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in developing training material and conducting training sessions.
