Located in Livonia, Michigan, at the Masco corporate offices, the Supply Chain Business Analyst position will provide support to the Global Supply Chain Services team. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Tools & Services, this position works collaboratively to enhance the organization, productivity, and effectiveness of the Supply Chain team and business units. Primary Duties and Responsibilities. Reporting & Analytics. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements and develop scalable solutions that optimize supply chain business processes. Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI and Smartsheet dashboards that provide actionable insights from core enterprise leverage systems (e.g., upstream spend management, global trade analytics, commodity reporting). Systems Administration – Serve as the Smartsheet system administrator and subject matter expert, including advanced capabilities, workflow design, security/access control, and user support. Project & Stakeholder Management – Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and enhancements, including scope definition, requirements gathering, prioritization, timelines, risk/issue management, and status communication. Contract Management – Serve as the lead for contract management activities for the HQ supply chain team, including initiating the e-signature process, managing the storage of contracts, and utilizing the corporate contract review tools. Purchasing Support – Create and manage purchase orders and issue RFQs per sourcing team direction. Subscription Management – Manage enterprise subscriptions used by the team and business unit personnel, including renewals, vendor communication and access control. Event and Travel Support – Provide logistical support and event coordination for virtual and face-to-face meetings and summits with HQ and business unit supply chain team members. Office Operational Support – Maintain office supplies, support mail delivery, and publish presentation materials and collateral used for Supply Chain workshops, Kaizen events, and meetings. Essential Qualifications & Skills 4-year Degree required in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Supply Chain or related role required. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines with competing deadlines. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Data analytics technology experience and knowledge of Power BI - Competency with various computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI) and Smartsheet. Travel may be required infrequently to support offsite summits and cross-enterprise team meetings. Company: Masco. Full time.
