Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting various areas within assigned area. - Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygienic conditions at all times. - Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. - Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies to ensure safety. - Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and other objects. - Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. - Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations. - Assist in special cleaning projects as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: - High school diploma or GED preferred. - 6 or more months experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions required. - Completion of significant safety training is required.
