Responsible for the supervision of location staff: delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards. Train new employees; collaborate with The Director of parking on the onboarding plan for new employees to ensure success. Act as the point of contact to client or; attend location meetings as appropriate and respond to client requests in order to develop and maintain a good working relationship. Assist the Director of Parking with payroll ensuring all staff clock in/out properly and assisting to correct incorrect or missed punches in PAYCOM. Monitor maintenance of the driveway and associated premises to ensure that the driveway and offices are safe and maintained to standards; supervise on-going maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required. Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of frontline staff. Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned location. Ensure all staff maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and coworkers. Ensure valets secure all keys. Ensure all valets practice AAA basics service standard every day. Ensure smooth traffic flow at the front drive and maintain a professional, welcoming arrival experience. Ensure all valets park and retrieve vehicles safely and timely. Utilize CVPS and Amano One systems for accurate vehicle tracking, reporting, and revenue management.
