Clinical Care: Facilitates multiple school based and clinic-based groups for pre-K to school aged children. Requires travel to various schools we are contracted with. Attend coaching sessions with Incredible Years Coach and ensure meeting all fidelity measures of implementing program. Coordinates with school personnel through email, phone calls and in person meetings for successful implementation of Incredible Years Program to fidelity. Communicates barriers to implementation to Incredible Years leadership team in a timely manner for successful fidelity of programming Develops safety plans that balance risk assessment with client strengths, support systems, and supervisor feedback as needed. Completes all crisis-related documentation in clear, comprehensive, and timely fashion. Ensures all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Demonstrates multicultural awareness and sensitivity to client treatment preferences. The Environment at Diversus Health is fluid.
