The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing table games efficiently and accurately while maintaining a friendly and engaging atmosphere. The Dealer must ensure fair play, enforce house rules, and provide excellent Guest Service to all players. Essential Functions:1. Accurately count, collect, and distribute chips .. Monitor wagers and payouts while maintaining concentration in a fast-paced environment .. Provide Consistent and Professional Guest Service 10. Communicate clearly and respectfully with players and co-workers .1. Listen, speak, and respond appropriately in a noisy, crowded environment .2. Monitor and Maintain Game Integrity 13.
