Provide support to customers experiencing card issues via email, chat, and inbound calls (primarily email/chat) - Act as a subject matter expert to support agents and enhance customer experience - Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner - Handle escalations and provide professional de-escalation support - Respond to customer inquiries through email and ticketing systems - Make outbound calls to customers as needed - Assist with testing system updates and provide feedback - Collaborate across teams to share insights and improve processes - Take ownership of challenging cases to ensure full resolution.
