\n. We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support to join our dynamic IT team. The IT Support will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service while managing a wide range of IT issues.\n. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n. Provide expert-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to and resolve service requests via phone, email, and in-person support.\n. Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network connectivity problems. Escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.\n. Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure that systems are operating efficiently.\n. Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation. Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices.\n\n. REQUIREMENTS (Competencies, skills, attributes, experience, licenses, certifications, required)\n\n. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role, with at least 1 year of hands-on support in a more advanced capacity.\n. Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.\n. Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS platforms, as well as common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).\n. Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VP - Ns, etc.).\n. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based platforms.\n\n. PREFERRED: Competencies & Qualifications\n\n. IT certifications (Comp. TIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.)\n. Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.\n. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.\n\n.
