Greet all service customers promptly with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor Act as the initial point of contact and guide customers through the service check-in process Assist with directing customers to service advisors or appropriate personnel Manage service drive traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency Offer amenities such as refreshments, shuttle services, or waiting lounge information Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive and reception area Communicate customer arrivals and special needs to service advisors Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary Support appointment coordination and verify customer information when needed Uphold Mercedes-Benz brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Need a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver s license.
