The Inbound Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inbound warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy across receiving, inventory handling, and dock operations. This role supervises a large team and partners cross-functionally to meet operational and service goals. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm (flexibility required) Reporting to: Sr. Operations Manager At Grove, this role is all about being hands-on, steady, and reliable in execution—someone who can lead a team through the day-to-day while keeping operations running smoothly and safely. Own the day-to-day: You’ll lead a defined area of inbound operations, managing workflows that are well-established but require attention, consistency, and strong follow-through. Apply what works: You’ll rely on proven processes and playbooks, using your experience to guide decisions and support your team in getting the work done right. Solve what’s in front of you: Most challenges will be familiar and operational in nature—your role is to identify issues quickly, follow established paths to resolution, and keep things moving. Drive team performance: You’ll be responsible for hitting daily and weekly targets, ensuring your team stays on track with productivity, accuracy, and safety goals. Lead from the floor: This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You’ll assign work, monitor progress, and stay close to the action to support your team in real time. Communicate clearly and often: You’ll work closely with your team and peer groups, sharing updates, surfacing issues, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. Balance leadership and execution: While you’ll supervise a large team, you’ll also spend time jumping in to support operations directly when needed. Build a strong foundation: You’ll help maintain consistency in how work gets done—ensuring schedules, workflows, and processes are followed and continuously improving where possible. This is a frontline leadership role, not a highly strategic or ambiguous one You’ll operate within clear processes and expectations, with opportunities to improve them over time Your impact is felt in daily execution, team performance, and operational consistency We are looking for: 3-5 years of leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics, with proven success managing large teams (100 ). Strong command of warehouse systems (e.g., WMS such as Manhattan, High. Jump) and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Suite. Working knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Proven success managing competing priorities and navigating change. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
