Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, monitor patient responses, and document all related activities accurately. Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in medical records to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and preventive care. Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements.
