SUMMARY - This position provides seasonal services as assigned for the Grays Harbor County ORV Parks. Assists the Parks management team in addressing facility, maintenance and operational needs. Essential Duties DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:1. Provide facility, lawn and grounds maintenance and operational services for the ORV Park .. Assist ORV Park staff with coordination of activities and events at the ORV Park which may take place on evenings and weekends as needed .. Perform grounds keeping services, facility improvements, and general maintenance. This position may assist with similar work our County parks and other County facilities as needed .. May operate a variety of hand and power tools, landscaping equipment and other equipment including, but not limited to lawn mowers, weed eater, chainsaw and general office equipment. 5. Maintain all equipment and facilities owned and/or operated by the Department in good operating condition. 6. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in grounds maintenance, knowledge of machinery, lawn equipment and office equipment preferred. Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License. Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds minimum and able to remain standing for long periods. Background checks will be performed prior to employment.
