Senior Financial Systems Analyst Company Overview Our client, a respected leader in the legal and professional services industry, is committed to delivering innovative solutions to streamline financial operations and support organizational growth. Role Overview As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will be a crucial part of the IT Financial Systems Team, responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing the firm’s financial systems. Your expertise will help optimize financial data processes and enhance system functionalities to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Aderant Expert customizations for Classic and Framework platforms, including forms, inquiries, rules, and workflows Utilize the Docu. Draft toolkit to create and modify document templates for financial processes Design and deploy scalable data warehouse solutions, including data models and ETL pipelines, to improve reporting and data analysis Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data endpoints to enhance data processing and integration with financial applications Support the selection, planning, and deployment of financial system modules, including integrations with third-party applications Provide second-tier support for financial systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring user satisfaction Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into effective system solutions and participate in UAT planning and execution Prepare and maintain documentation related to system implementations, data mapping, and troubleshooting Mentor junior developers and analysts, sharing expertise to strengthen the team’s capabilities Requirements Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance & Accounting, or related field 5 years of experience with Aderant Expert platform, including customization and database design Proven experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and PowerShell Strong knowledge of law firm financial systems and database structures Experience with Iron.
