Guest Services/Manager on Duty

Assists in guest services duties and serves as a manager on duty(MOD) in support of Apex Field House operations and general facility management.
Job Qualifications
Able to quickly become a skilled user in REC, (recreation management software). Assists with day-to-day tasks that the manager delegates. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Occasionally trains guest service employees. Takes reasonable steps to address any issues concerning programming, absent staff, scheduling conflicts, or weather-related issues. Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public by answering questions and handling complaints.
Education and Experience
Familiar with recreation management software preferred. Able to obtain CPR/first aid/ AED certifications within 90 days of hire.
Work Environment
Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions including sun, heat, cold, snow, and humidity. Physical Activity(s):Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
