The company is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up retail construction projects in the $30 M–$40 M range. This role is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for project documentation, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery. While the role is office-based in Birmingham, occasional travel for site visits will be required.
