Manage and grow post-sale client relationships in your book of business, work with a consultative approach and become an expert in your managed industries - Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client business goals - Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale - Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies - Lead measurement strategies for clients, tracking metrics and finding insights to drive "test and learn" mindset in clients, working closely with Latam TikTok Measurement Team - Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions - Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Must be willing to work out of our office in Miami, FL - Experience in digital marketing and understanding of digital platforms ecosystem - Experience in account management / client services roles (external or internal) - Ability to analyze data and identify insights to optimize results - Track record of supporting revenue goals - Experience in performance advertising and managing significant, complex and scaling challenges - High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-speaking markets. Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of media planning across platforms (online and offline) - Understanding of self-serve platforms across digital ecosystem - Experience with full funnel campaigns - Project Management skills - Experience in public speaking with different audiences - Excellent communication and presentation skills - A team player and collaborator
