Partner with US local business teams, provide professional financial support and compliance judgments for new business scenarios and special transactions, and deliver actionable financial recommendations. Maintain frequent communication with the Group’s ARBP team to synchronize updates on local business developments, risks and process changes in a timely manner. - Conduct financial review of contracts, validation of collection / refund processes, and compliance verification of invoices across multiple US revenue lines. Control front-end revenue data quality throughout the workflow and support monthly and annual financial closing activities. - Proactively identify, escalate and follow up on risks identified in daily operations, review and accounting processes, and drive rectification actions. Ensure full compliance of revenue recognition and recording with Group accounting policies and US local regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the Group's ARBP team to prepare audit materials and revenue-related working papers for US entities, and support the successful completion of internal and external audits as well as compliance reviews. - Work closely with reporting/tax teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP, IFRS and internal policies through effective communications and globally coordinated execution and be able to translate/apply GAAP/international policies to operationalize complex accounting issues, including assessing the design and/or effectiveness of internal controls. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management or a related major. - Minimum 5 years of full-time working experience in finance, with hands-on experience in revenue accounting, revenue business partnering or accounts receivable management at leading internet / technology companies. - Solid professional competence and professional judgment; excellent logical thinking and communication skills; ability to work independently and drive issues to closure. - Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with strong teamwork spirit and resilience under pressure. - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, capable of seamless communication and collaboration across teams in China and the US. This is essential due to collaborating with global partners, including teams based in Mandarin-speaking countries. These interactions include participating in meetings/corresponding in chats that are conducted in Chinese, as well as reviewing systems and documents that are written in Chinese. - Able to accommodate frequent long-distance business travel, including quarterly round-trip travel to mainland China for cross-border collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Financial reporting (US GAAP & IFRS), basic knowledge of tax provision. - System implementation experience. - Familiarity with US GAAP and the FASB codification.
