Support management of global press inboxes to organize information, distribute to relevant departments, manage spam, report relevant emails to other departments - Track industry and competitive news to ensure the Global Comms team and XFN partners are aware of the latest media cycles - Produce executive-level reports - Support research-focused projects to help prep executives/leaders for meetings - Maintain operational documents and provide summary reports to analyze operations - Support additional projects/initiatives within Global Brand & Comms Operations team as needed Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferred majors: Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Basic analytical skills, with familiarity in synthesizing media/social trends or industry news (experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, or social listening platforms is a bonus). Preferred Qualifications: - Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working across cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and adapting to dynamic project needs. - Passion for brand communications, media, and digital platforms (knowledge of TikTok’s ecosystem or global media landscapes is highly desirable).
